Sales in January Beach area and Downtown Fort Lauderdale Condos for Sale including townhouses totaled 172 properties sold down from 188 condo sales same time one year ago.  The Median Price for a condo in January was up 111% to $243,000 from $218,000 in January 2013. A property lasted on average 87 Days On the Market before selling in January as compared to 114 days same time last year.
