Fort Lauderdale Air & Sea Show
When: Saturday & Sunday 11:15AM – 3:00PM
Where: Fort Lauderdale Beach

The Fort Lauderdale Air Show is an annual event that takes place over the scenic skies of Fort Lauderdale Beach in Florida. Each year, the event draws in thousands of aviation enthusiasts and spectators from around the world to witness an unforgettable display of aerial acrobatics and precision flying.

The air show is a thrilling experience that showcases some of the most advanced military and civilian aircraft in the world, ranging from fighter jets to aerobatic performers. Visitors can expect to see heart-stopping aerial stunts, jaw-dropping displays of speed and agility, and a host of other incredible feats of aviation.

The Fort Lauderdale Air Show offers a variety of viewing options for spectators. There are free viewing areas along the beach where visitors can watch the air show from the sand. For those who want a closer look, there are paid seating options like the Flight Line Club, which offers premium seating, food, and drinks, as well as access to a private beach area. There are also VIP packages available, which include access to a private chalet, private restrooms, and food and drinks.

U.S. Navy Blue Angels – Fort Lauderdale Air Show LIVE 2023

When: Saturday & Sunday 11:15AM – 3:00Pm

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels fly the F-18 Super Hornet and perform perform a combination of formation and solo maneuvers in an inspiring high energy demonstration. The four-jet diamond performs precision formation flight with the aircraft wingtips as close as 2 feet apart while performing loops, inverted rolls and even high performance turns. The two solo jets perform high energy maneuvers together and from opposite directions closing in on each other as fast as 1,000 mph. The six jets come together in the delta formation as the finale for the show, flying difficult formations and signature breaks that fill the sky with speed, sound and smoke trails!

Oakland Park Tree Give Away!

Oakland Park residents and business owners are invited to the city’s Tree Giveaway on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Collins Community Center – 3900 NE 3rd Ave, Oakland Park.

The Tree Giveaway begins at 8 a.m., and early arrival is encouraged for the best selection of trees and shrubs.

The City selects Native or Florida-friendly trees and shrubs to help increase the tree canopy and understory in our neighborhoods.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough, TSA-style search, including emptying your pockets and bags, having all of your items examined, a full pat-down, and possibly removing your shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

2023 Masters Diving Spring National Championship

When: APR 21 AT 12 PM – APR 23 AT 5 PM

Where: Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Center

The FLORIDA OUTDOOR EXPO, April 21-23, 2023, is the largest sportsman show in Florida.

Located at the South Florida Fairgrounds. This multifaceted event will showcase everything from hunting, fishing, boating, and camping to RVs, guns and knives, off-road machines, heavy equipment, water sports, hiking, etc. If you can do it on the water, in the air, in the woods, or just flat-out in the sun, we plan on including it.

We are featuring DockDogs, Swine Racing, Petting Zoo, BBQ Competition, and more this year at the Expo!
