Miami City Ballet at Regina’s Farm

Friends and families can feast on the famous backyard Brazilian barbecue while taking in excerpts of MCB’s brand new interpretation of George Balanchine’s “Square Dance” –replete with a spoken word “caller” and bilingual instructions, as a full-scale film crew shoots the raucous Latin backyard party.

Grab your running shoes and join us on Sunday, March 19th for our

2nd Annual Spring Fun Run

benefiting Lady Luck Animal Rescue

Registration at 4:30 pm

Run starts at 5:30 pm
The run starts and ends at the brewery.
Choose between running the whole 4.6 miles around the Pompano Air Park or a shorter run to the fire station and back.
We will have a free water/beer station at the halfway point for those who run the whole 4.6 miles.
Upon completion of the run, you will receive a

Dangerous Minds participation medal as well as 15 % off your tab at Dangerous Minds. We will also have

live music for your entertainment and of course, wonderful raffles!

For those who are hungry we will be serving a special home-made recovery bowl after the race:
Quinoa, roasted butternut squash, cucumbers, green onions, tomatoes, avocado, walnuts, raisins, hummus, lemon tahini dressing with a choice of shrimp, chicken, or tofu ($15).


Coral Springs Festival Of Arts

Where: The Walk At Coral Springs
Come and enjoy a fantastic weekend of art, culture, and entertainment. The 17th Annual Coral Springs Festival of the Arts will highlight some of America’s finest artisans and contemporary crafters. Also enjoy exciting live music performances and performance arts shows that include dance, theatrical and literary presentations! Also enjoy agricultural and garden vendors presented by GardenFest.
When: Saturday and Sunday, March 18-19, 2023 at 10am-5pm each day.
