Pending Home Sales in November totaled 1,099, down just 2% from October. Inventory for November increased by 1 month to an 8 month supply of available single family homes for sale.
Condominiums - November reports a total of 964 closed condo sales, up 9% from October. Of these closed condo sales, 34% were classified as REO foreclosures, down 8%.
Average Sales Price for Condominiums in November was $143,016 up 3%. Median Sales Price for condos was $85,000 up 1%.
Pending Condo Sales in November totaled 1,283 down just 4 % from October. Inventory level for condos dropped another month to a 10 month supply of condos for sale.
